Oct 26, 2018 12:44 IST

Amnesty India has hit back at the govt after a 10-hour raid on its Bengaluru office premises. The human rights watchdog said raid showed a disturbing pattern of government silencing organisations that question power. Amnesty India claimed the govt is instilling fear among civil society bodies by these raids. The ED raided Amnesty India office over a foreign exchange contravention case.
