Airtel raises minimum recharge for prepaid users to ₹45/month

In a bid to improve its revenue earned from customers and aiming for healthier balance sheets, Bharti Airtel has raised the minimum monthly recharge for prepaid users to ₹45 from ₹23 earlier with immediate effect from Sunday. This means every Airtel prepaid user will have to pay a minimum of ₹45 every 28 days to stay on its network.
