Commuting from one terminal to another at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport may soon become hassle-free. The authorities are considering an air train service, which will be an elevated passenger mover system. Currently, to move from one terminal to another, the passengers use a shuttle bus service. If all goes as per plan, the air train between T1 and T3 may become operational by 2022 under the IGIA's infrastructure expansion plan. This will help handle the ever-growing number of passengers better.
