Air India One, a highly secured VVIP aircraft modelled on US President's aircraft 'Air Force One', has arrived at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport shortly. The plane took off from Texas and has state-of-the-art technology and will replace the current B747 planes used for VVIP travel. The aircraft comes with an impregnable audio and video communications system that can function mid-air. The plane is also equipped with a highly sophisticated missile tracking system and is capable of mid-air refuelling in case of emergencies. The custom-made Boeing B777 (Air India One) aircraft will be used to fly the president, vice-president and the prime minister. When VVIPs travel on the aircraft, it will be operated by pilots of the Indian Air Force and not Air India.
