Since the postponement of the Indian Premier League due to Covid-19, many have started doubting that if MS Dhoni will ever play for India again. Former cricketer Venkatesh Prasad has joined the chorus which only gets louder every day. Prasad said that it will be tough for Dhoni to break into the team as he has not played cricket for the past 1 year. Prasad added that without doubt, Dhoni is fit but reflexes do slow down when you are nearing 40. Prasad added that if Dhoni does make it back to the team, then the management should push him up the order and get him to anchor the innings.
