Mobile marketing firm, Affle India, a company in which Microsoft is a minority shareholder, opens for subscription on Monday. The price band for the Rs 459-crore IPO has been fixed in the range of Rs 740 to 745 a share. At the higher end of the price band, the issue is trading at a P/E multiple of 38.9 times. Affle is a global technology business with approximately 2.02 billion consumer profiles.
