The Bombay High Court on Monday ordered Binoy Kodiyeri, son of Kerala CPM leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan to undergo a DNA test. The police want his DNA to establish the paternity of an eight-year-old boy born to a Mumbai woman who has accused Kodiyeri of rape, cheating and criminal intimidation. The police has been instructed to submit the report of the DNA test to the court in a sealed envelope. The matter will be heard next on 26th August.
