The official birthday celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II will take place on the 13th of June at Windsor Castle, a Buckingham Palace spokesperson told publication HELLO! Online. A miniature version of the 'Trooping the Colour' will be organised, reportedly. The annual military ceremony to commemorate the Queen's birthday was cancelled in April due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The ceremony will be accompanied with a Royal Salute, but in the absence of spectators. As per tradition, the Queen has two birthday celebrations - one on the day she was born on the 21st of April and another official celebration on the second Saturday of June.
