According to tipster Ice Universe, Qualcomm’s long-awaited Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset will most likely be unveiled sometime during the next month, provided there are no hiccups. The smartphones with the new processor will be arriving in the second half of this year. The recently leaked specification of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and Asus ROG Phone 3 reveal that they could be the first smartphones to be powered by Qualcomm’s next-gen mobile processor. The Snapdragon 865 Plus could reportedly have a clock speed of 3.09GHz, a significant upgrade over Snapdragon 865’s 2.84GHz. According to the AnTuTu listing, the chipset has a total score of 646,310 points.
