The Bar Council of India on Wednesday claimed that 90% of peace-loving farmers are not in favour of continuing with the agitation after the Supreme Court stayed the implementation of the three farm laws. The Council in a statement said that people with vested interests are trying to fulfil their own political ambition at the cost of de-stabilising the country. It also urged citizens to convince the farmers to call off the protests.
