As Argentina battles the global coronavirus pandemic, one resident in quarantine decided to channelise his creative energy into making face masks using a 3D printer and donating them to hospitals in need. Jorge Waisman began creating protective equipment along with 70 volunteers. He set up four 3D printers in his Buenos Aires home to make masks that cover the face completely along with chinstraps. In their first week of operation, they've created 500 masks and distributed them to 20 hospitals.
