As the National Basketball Association prepares to enter the bio-bubble in Florida to complete the season, a major roadblock has hit the league. 16 players out of the total pool of 302 tested positive for Covid-19 as the teams prepare to go to Orlando. The NBA publicly acknowledged the test results but didn't give out any names as per the confidentiality clause. The tests were only done on players and not support staff yet and the players who tested positive have been advised to stay in self-isolation. NBA plans to restart the league from Orlando's Disney World from 30th July but this development is likely to affect the dates.
