Jack Rico is not your ordinary 13-year old. The brilliant teenager just graduated from the Fullerton College in California with four associate's degrees and he did it in just two years! In the school's&nbsp;107-year-old history, Rico is the youngest to achieve the feat. He majored in history, human expression, social behavior and social science and he maintained a&nbsp;4.0 GPA&nbsp;in all of them. He will now be studying history at the University of Nevada in&nbsp;Las Vegas.
