New Zealand on Tuesday announced that they will host India just 4 days after the T20 World Cup in 3 T20Is and as many ODIs. 
Wellington, Tauranga and Napier cities of New Zealand will host the three T20Is starting on November 18 while the three ODIs will be played from November 25 to 30 in Auckland, Hamilton, and Christchurch.
Notably, New Zealand toured India last year just after the T20 World Cup.
New Zealand also announced that they will host Pakistan and Bangladesh in a tri-series ahead of the T20 World Cup and next year they will play against England in two Tests and Srilanka in two Tests, 3 ODIs and as many T20Is.

Chelsea are preparing to make a move to sign England forward Raheem Sterling after approaching Manchester City over the signing.

Rishabh Pant to lead India in South Africa T20Is; KL Rahul, Kuldeep Yadav ruled out due to injury

Indian Captain KL Rahul&nbsp;has been ruled out of the 5-match series due to an&nbsp;injury to his right groin, Rishabh&nbsp;Pant, who was named his deputy earlier, has now been named captain.

India suffered a major blow ahead of the T20I series against South Africa, with captain KL Rahul&nbsp;ruled out due to a right groin injury.
In Rahul's&nbsp;absence,&nbsp;wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant who was named his deputy earlier will now lead Team India against the Proteas. Hardik Pandya, who led the Gujarat Titans to IPL glory late last month, has been named the vice-captain.
This is the first time Pant has been given the leadership duty for the national side.
All eyes will now be on the&nbsp;Uttarkhand-born cricketer, who is regarded as Dhoni's prot&eacute;g&eacute;. Before his elevation to captain of Team India, Pant has lead the Delhi Capitals in the previous two seasons of the&nbsp;Indian Premier League.
Meanwhile, chinaman bowler&nbsp;Kuldeep Yadav&nbsp;has also been ruled out of the five-match series after he was hit on his right hand while batting in the nets on Tuesday evening.

IND vs ENG 5th Test: India and England will resume the 5-match Test series against each other when they will play their rescheduled 5th and final Test at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham from July 1. The final Test was postponed last year due to Covid-19 cases in the Indian squad.
India haven't won a Test series in England since 2007 but with the 2-1 lead in the series with one game to be played, India will look to script the history. Even if the match is drawn, India will win the series. Rohit Sharma was supposed to lead India in the match but he is unlikely to recover from Covid-19. According to BCCI sources, Jasprit Bumrah will take the responsibility to lead team India in Rohit's absence. KL Rahul is also unavailable for the match and the question that which two players will open for India remains in doubt. Shubman Gill is likely to open with Cheteshwar Pujara or KS Bharat. 
Three Lions have recently won the home series against the World Test Champions New Zealand 3-0 and would be looking to continue their form against the visitors in the 5th Test. Under their new coach Brendon McCullum and new captain Ben Stokes, England are favourites to win the final Test. Joe Root, captain Ben Stokes & Jonny Bairstow have been looking in a great form and they would look to continue their momentum against the Men in Blue.
The match was scheduled to be played at Old Trafford, Manchester but now has been shifted to Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham where India has never won.

With Rohit Sharma testing positive for Covid for the second time, Jasprit Bumrah will most likely lead Team India at Edgbaston.

IND vs ENG 5th Test:&nbsp; After a postponement that lasted 10 months, India and England will resume the 5-match Test series with the 5th and final Test at Edgbaston in Birmingham from July 1. The final Test couldn't take place last year due to a Covid outbreak in the Indian camp.
India haven't won a Test series in England since 2007 but they have a golden chance of creating history since they currently lead 2-1 with one match left. Even if the match ends in a draw, India will win the series.
India though suffered a big blow ahead of the Test when Captain Rohit Sharma tested positive for Covid during the warm-up game against Leicestershire. Since then, the Indian skipper has tested positive for the second time in an RT-PCR test. In his absence, Jasprit Bumrah is likely to make his debut as Team India captain in Birmingham. Bumrah will become India's 36th Test skipper if he goes out for the toss on Friday.
With KL Rahul also not in England, it remains to be seen who'll partner Shubman Gill at the top of the order. Whether it'll be Cheteshwar Pujara or KS Bharat remains to be seen.
England, on the other hand, almost have a full-strength squad available. The hosts have been in superb form, having recently won the home series against the World Test Champions New Zealand 3-0.

2nd Test
The visitors finished what was left to accomplish in the opening game in the 2nd Test at the Lord's. Stitched with KL Rahul's magnificent 129 in the 1st innings and Mohammed Siraj's 8 wickets in the match, India beat England by 151 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the series. The standout performers though were Mohammed Shami and Bumrah. Not just with the ball but with the duo came to India's rescue with the bat as well and stitched an 89-run 9th-wicket stand.
3rd Test
The 3 Lions were expected to roar back in the Leeds Test and they did exactly that. After blowing away Kohli's men for a mere 78 in the 1st innings, England posted a mammoth 432 in return. India couldn't recover from their 1st -innings debacle and was bowed out for 278 in the 2nd innings. England won the game by an innings and 76 runs to level the series 1-1.
4th Test
The Oval Test was being labelled as the most crucial one of the series and it turned out to be a blockbuster. After being all out for 191, India bundled out England for 290. Though England was still ahead but the hosts didn't know what was to follow. Rohit Sharma set up the fightback with 127 but it was the lower order which broke England's back. Rishabh Pant and Shardukl Thakur scored a half-century each and powered India to 466. A magical bowling performance by India then bowled out the hosts for 210 as Kohli's men won the 4th Test by 157 runs to go 2-1 up in the series.

Moeen believes Ben Stokes & Co. are favourites to win the rescheduled fifth Test. Stating how India would have won the series if it had finished last year, Moeen said, “If you’d asked me 4-5 weeks ago, I would’ve said India will win. But now I feel England will win. India are a little bit undercooked.”
England have been in the sensational form under their new coach and captain, highlighted by their recent 3-0 clean sweep against New Zealand.
Moeen Ali hailed England’s newfound positivity, “They are very confident compared to last year. Their mindset has changed and they’re playing positive cricket.”
The England all-rounder also believes that India will dearly miss captain Rohit Sharma if he fails to recover from Covid in time for the game in Birmingham. With KL Rahul also unavailable due to injury, India might find themselves playing a completely different opening pair from last year.

Deepak Hooda was the star in the second T20I match against Ireland as his exemplary maiden century helped India to register a massive 225 runs against Ireland in the final match of two T20I match series. Hooda revealed what kept him motivated in the game. 
The Indian batter played an amazing innings scoring 104 runs off 57 balls against Ireland and was named player of the match and also the player of the series. India won the match by 4 runs and also the series by 2-0. 
In the post-match conference, Hooda said that being a cricketer, one should not think too far ahead. "If my work ethic is good, I'm going to be in a good space of mind and I'm going to score, that's my thinking," said Hooda. 
Talking about his inclusion in team India, he said that it's difficult to find a spot in the Indian team but at the same time when he was playing in Indian colours, he never thought about himself, he thought about his team.
With the century, Hooda also became only the fourth Indian cricketer to hit a century in a T20 international. Hooda scored an unbeaten 47 off 29 balls in the first T20I against Ireland.

In just his 3rd T20I innings, Hooda became only the fourth Indian cricketer to hit a T20I century.

Deepak Hooda was the star of the second T20I match against Ireland. It was his maiden century that helped India pile on 225 runs in Dublin. India eventually won the match by 4 runs, sweeping the series 2-0.
Having been adjudged the Player of the Match and Series for his batting returns, Hooda revealed what kept him motivated during his knock.
The Indian batter put on an exemplary batting display, scoring 104 runs off 57 balls against Ireland. He had also scored an unbeaten 47 off 29 balls in the first T20I against the hosts.
In the post-match press conference, Hooda explained his thought process, stating that being a cricketer, one should not think too far ahead. He said, "If my work ethic is good, I'm going to be in a good space of mind and I'm going to score - that&rsquo;s my thinking."
