'Nothing is wrong', CSK official clarifies after rumoured rift with Ravindra Jadeja

While Ravindra Jadeja's rumoured rift with his IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings is currently a hot potato in the Indian cricket circles, the 4-time IPL champions are playing it down!

After Jadeja removed all the CSK-related posts from his social media accounts, concerns rose about his issues with the MS Dhoni-led IPL side. However, an official spokesperson from CSK denied the rumours about any rift between the all-rounder and the IPL team.

Calling the removal of posts a personal call, the official told ANI, 'We are not aware of such kinds of incidents from our side. All ok, nothing is wrong'

In the 2022 IPL season, Jadeja was named the skipper, but because of CSK's poor show under him, MSD was handed back the captaincy duties. Later, the 41-year-old said that the pressure of captaincy was affecting Jadeja's performance in IPL.

Although he had a bad IPL season this year, the all-rounder shone in the Edgbaston Test, smashing his 3rd Test hundred vs England.
