Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica Revealed

Lamborghini has revealed its latest derivative of the Huracan with the new Tecnica. The new version slots between road-focused Huracan RWD and the track-bred Huracan STO. The Tecnica is said to offer the best of both. The Tecnica gets its own bespoke design changes with a look partially derived from the Sian for improved aero over the standard RWD Huracan. Lamborghini has lifted the 631 bhp V10 engine from the STO with power still going to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Rear-wheel steering is standard and the Tecnica also gets its own unique suspension set-up along with a modified traction control system. Stopping power comes from carbon-ceramic disc brakes at all four corners. The braking system is cooled by specifically designed ducts designed to maximise heat dissipation. The Tecnica is 61 mm longer than its sibling and gets its own unique bumper with air curtains and a new front splitter to help improve aero. A fixed rear wing provides 35 per cent improved downforce over the RWD version with drag said to be 20 per cent lower.
