2022 KTM RC 390 Launched In India

The new-generation KTM RC 390 has been finally launched in India priced at Rs. 3.14 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new offering replaces the outgoing version and it is Rs. 37,000 more expensive in comparison. For the substantial extra, the 2022 KTM RC 390 gets massive upgrades including the new Grand Prix-inspired bodywork that’s lighter and offers better protection to the rider. The bike also gets a new and lighter subframe along with a larger 13.7-litre fuel tank. KTM has also improved the rider ergonomics while the bike is lighter by 3.4 kg over the older version. Power comes from the familiar 373 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine tuned for 43 bhp and 37 Nm of peak torque, with a 40 per cent bigger airbox. Furthermore, the 2022 RC 390 packs Motorcycle Traction Control, Quickshifter plus, Lean-Sensitive Cornering ABS, an anti-hopping slipper clutch, and a TFT display. Other mechanical parts include USD front forks and a monoshock at the rear while braking performance comes from ByBre. Bookings for the new KTM RC 390 are now open across dealerships.
