Supreme Court Collegium Names Justice Chandrashekhar for Bombay HC Chief Justice Role

During its meeting convened on August 25, the Supreme Court collegium, led by the Chief Justice, endorsed Justice Chandrashekhar’s nomination. In a simultaneous decision, the collegium approved the appointment of six additional judges as permanent judges in the Bombay High Court.
