Haryana Labour department organizes 'Shramik Sahyog Shivir' for employee motivation and efficiency

Haryana Labour Department organized 'Shramik Sahyog Shivir' at Chitkara International School Auditorium, Sector 28, Panchkula for motivation and to increase the work efficiency of employees. The objective of this program was to promote the spirit of hard work, smart work and teamwork for the welfare of workers among the employees.

Giving information in this regard, Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Rajiv Ranjan said that efforts are being made to facilitate and simplify the proceedings of the department through this initiative. The essence of our collective efforts must lie in a positive approach to our action. It is important that all of us, as part of this organization, put our energies towards finding solutions rather than focusing on problems. Time management and collaboration with teams are not only encouraged, but essential in completing tasks and achieving our goals.

Shri Rajeev Ranjan pointed out that workplace interests should prioritize our individual ambitions so that we can align ourselves with the collective mission. We must strike the right balance at our workplace and ensure that the actions and decisions we take contribute positively to our common objectives. Along with keeping in mind the interests of the workers, they should also be sympathetic. At the same time, adaptation of modern technology, equipment and technology will enhance our functionality.
