After a horrible IPL season last year with Delhi Capitals, Prithvi Shaw's career took a nose dive after he was dropped from India's Test team in Australia. While most wrote him off, Shaw fought back hard and smashed an incredible 827 runs in a single edition of the Vijay Hazare Trophy. The Mumbai lad carried that form to IPL and decimated the Chennai Super Kings with a stunning 72 off 38 balls laced with 9 fours and 3 sixes. Shaw explained how he got back in rhythm and scoring runs. He said, "I just wanted to minimize all the mistakes I was making, and I worked hard. I practised for two weeks with Strength & Conditioning Coach Rajinikanth Sivagnanam sir and Pravin Amre sir before the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Then I just played my natural game with a few changes in the Vijay Hazare Trophy."
