There have been a lot of concerns and questions regarding the Covid-19 vaccines and one question that people who love their tipple are asking is if they can have a drink after getting vaccinated.
That question has been answered by the govt itself. The 'cheers'ful news is that alcohol will not have any impact on the efficacy of the vaccine and hence there is no need to stay away from it on account of getting the jab.
In its FAQs section, the health ministry has stated that experts believe that there is no evidence indicating that alcohol can impair the effectiveness of the vaccine.
Even in US and UK, no specific instructions to abstain from drinking before, in between the vaccine shots, or after the shots has been issued.
