  1. Begin by lying on your stomach
  2. Place pillows under your chest, pelvic region and legs
  3. Keep enough space between your belly & base to allow expansion
  4. Rest your head on your arms or on any side that feels comfortable
  5. Breathe in through your nose & exhale from your mouth
  6. Focus on your stomach pushing up & down as you breathe
  7. You can do this for 2 hours at a time
