West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee spoke to Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar over the phone while camping at the polling booth in Nandigram. Amid a face-off with BJP workers Mamata told Dhankar that the local people were not allowed to cast their vote.

On phone, she told the Governor that 'anything might happen at any moment'. She said she has been complaining since morning but appealed to the governor to look into the matter.
All eyes are on Nandigram as Bengal votes in second phase of the state assembly elections. Mamata who has given up her traditional Bhowanipore seat to contest from Nandigram is up against her former aide and heavyweight BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari in his bastion.
