Final Season of 'Four More Shots Please!' Premieres Dec 19 on Prime Video

Mumbai, Dec 5 (PTI) Streaming giant Prime Video has confirmed that the eagerly awaited fourth and final season of "Four More Shots Please!" will premiere on its platform on December 19.

Created by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy, this concluding series installment reunites the beloved lead ensemble of Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J, and Maanvi Gagroo.

In the statement released, Prime Video highlights that the upcoming season continues to delve into themes of friendship, freedom, and the intricate dynamics of modern womanhood.

The narrative unfolds with Damini (Gupta), Umang (Bani J), Anjana (Kulhari), and Siddhi (Gagroo) as they embark on a pact that ignites a series of chaotic, dramatic, and emotionally charged events.

Nikhil Madhok, Director & Head of Originals at Prime Video India, expressed, “'Four More Shots Please!' is the original series that initiated crucial discussions, inspired viewers worldwide, and expanded the horizons of female-centric storytelling.”

Madhok continued, “Its unflinching honesty and vibrant characters resonated globally. As we release the final act, we take pride in celebrating the journey of these beloved characters.”

Developed and penned by Devika Bhagat with dialogues by Ishita Moitra, the final season sees direction by Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani, under the production of Pritish Nandy Communications.

Creators Rangita Pritish Nandy remarked that the series was created to portray "women as they truly are: ambitious and fiercely loyal," rather than adhering to stereotypes.

"Watching Damini, Umang, Anjana, and Siddhi evolve into symbols of a generation grappling with life’s complexities has been an honor. This finale is the climax of that journey. We’re delighted to have partnered with Prime Video, who supported this vision and facilitated its global reach," she added.

The upcoming season will also see the return of Prateik S M Patil, Milind Soman, Rajeev Siddhartha, Lisa Ray, and Ankur Rathee, with newcomers Dino Morea, Anasuya Sengupta, and Kunaal Roy Kapur joining the cast.
