Salman Khan shuts down fake news on his alleged US tour: ‘Legal Action Will Be Taken Against...'

Salman Khan issued a statement debunking rumours about an upcoming US tour, clarifying he's not traveling there anytime soon.

The false claims suggested he would be performing for fans, but Salman warned his supporters not to fall for these scams. He also announced that legal action would be taken against those misusing his name for fraudulent purposes.

‘This is to inform that neither Mr. Salman Khan nor any of his affiliated companies or teams are organising any upcoming concerts or appearances in the USA in 2024. Any claims suggesting that Mr. Khan will be performing are completely false. Please do not trust any emails, messages, or advertisements promoting such events. Legal action will be taken against anyone found falsely using Mr. Salman Khan’s name for fraudulent purposes,’ Salman’s statement read.

Salman Khan is currently busy filming ‘Sikander’, directed by A.R. Murugadoss.

The project, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal in key roles, has officially begun production.

According to Midday, Salman recently shot a vibrant song sequence with Rashmika Mandanna.

The scene was filmed on a specially constructed set at Goregaon’s SRPF Ground, with the backdrop depicting the slums of Dharavi.

‘The song features 200 background dancers and portrays the slum dwellers in a festive mood. Rashmika joined the crew on Thursday. Salman sports a unique look in the song, wearing a customized silver chain, earrings, a black vest, and a full-sleeved shirt paired with denim. Rashmika embraces a traditional look with a salwar kameez. Murugadoss has nearly completed the song’s shoot, and the team will shift focus to action sequences over the weekend,’ a source shared with the publication.

The report also noted that if the current filming schedule stays on track, the Mumbai shoot for ‘Sikander’ will continue until October.

Following that, the team plans to head to Europe by the end of the year to film two romantic songs. Initially, Salman had to film lighter action scenes due to a rib injury.

In addition to his film work, Salman Khan will be hosting the new season of ‘Bigg Boss’.
