Commercial LPG cylinders get cheaper, prices cut by ₹39.50/Cylinder

State-owned oil marketing companies (OMCs) have announced a substantial reduction in the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders, cutting rates by ₹39.50 per cylinder. Effective from today, December 22, this revision in prices is specifically applicable to commercial LPG cylinders and does not impact domestic cylinder rates.

Commercial LPG Cylinder price reduced

As per the updated pricing structure, in the national capital Delhi, the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will now be priced at ₹1,757.

Meanwhile, in Kolkata, the same cylinder will cost ₹1,868. Moving to Mumbai, the revised rate stands at ₹1,710, while in Chennai, it will be priced at ₹1,929.

This reduction follows a prior adjustment made by OMCs on November 17, where prices for 19-kilogram commercial LPG cylinders were slashed by up to ₹57.50 per cylinder. However, it's essential to note that these alterations are solely applicable to commercial cylinders and not the ones used for domestic purposes.

The adjustment in LPG cylinder prices aims to provide relief to businesses and commercial entities reliant on LPG for their operations.
