More than 20 years after 'Sex and the city' made its debut in the US, the leading ladies of the hit TV show are gearing up for a revival.According to reports, the show is being revived and will be available on HBO MAX. The original show followed the lives of four New York women negotiating work and relationships. But this time around, only three of the four leading actors are returning for the revamp. Reports say Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis are set to join the show, but Kim Cattrall, who played the popular character Samantha, will not feature in the upcoming series. The new series will have 10 half-hour episodes, and the stars are reportedly being paid a whopping sum of over $1 million per episode. Production for the show will begin in late spring.
