Yogi announces compensation for family for Ghazipur cop

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced Rs 40 lakhs as compensation for the wife of police constable Suresh Vats, who was killed in a stone pelting incident in Ghazipur. Reports say the protesters were Nishad party workers who were protesting for reservation. The cops were returning from the PM Modi's rally when they were targeted.
