Downing Street's chief mouser, Larry the cat, had a busy night on Tuesday, chasing an intruder from the prime ministerial grounds.
Under the cover of darkness, a fox is seen furtively hiding in flower beds outside Number 10, after Larry approaches and gives chase.
The fox then runs into the street and sits down briefly as the two face off for a moment. But it soon regains its confidence and it's seen walking back to the flower beds as Larry watches.
Larry, a rescue cat from the Battersea Dogs & Cats home, has been the Downing Street cat since 2011 when then Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife Samantha got him as a pet for their children.
