Pakistan's foreign minister released a video message ahead of his trip to India for a Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meeting.
Foreign ministers of SCO member-states are meeting in Goa on May 4 and 5, 2023.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said, "My visit sends a message showing the importance that Pakistan gives to SCO, and how seriously we take our membership."
