An American train carrying around 200 passengers collided with a truck and derailed in southern California on June 28.
The Amtrak train hit a county water truck, and three of the locomotive's seven bogeys went off the tracks.
The truck driver was seriously injured, and at least 14 passengers on the train suffered minor injuries.
The train was going to Los Angeles from Seattle.
