Syrian Rebels Attack Syria Army In Aleppo, Seize Weapons, Depots, Dozens Killed

Syrian rebel group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham group and its allies launched a major attack on President Bashar Al-Assad-controlled Aleppo. The rebel group captured multiple areas, a weapons depot and armored vehicles of the Syrian army. Dozens of Syrian army soldiers, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) group and its allies were killed in clashes. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported almost 100 casualties in the latest clashes. Casualties include 44 HTS fighters, 16 from allied groups and 37 from Syrian forces. Hayet Tahrir al-Sham leader Abu Hassan Al-Ma'arra is also among those killed by Syrian armed forces.
