In the midst of the Israel-Hamas war, a video is being circulated on the internet in which a Harvard University student is getting mobbed by Palestine supporters. In the video, the demonstrators were also heard yelling, 'Shame, shame, shame.'
This video started doing rounds on the internet on Wednesday, November 1. However, it is worth noting that this incident took place on October 18.
According to the Harvard Crimson, the school's student newspaper, this confrontation took place when the student started filming the faces of the demonstrators. Soon after that, the demonstrators started escorting the student out and covered his camera with their keffiyehs, a traditional scarf that is worn by Palestinians.
The students were yelling shame as they were escorting the student who was filming them. As this issue came to light, Harvard Business School Dean Srikant Datar addressed this by calling it a troubling confrontation and further said that it left many of their students shaken.
