Santa Claus from Canada greets man in Punjabi, video goes viral

'Tis the season to be jolly' but can you translate this into Punjabi? We are asking you to do this because a video of a Santa Claus from Canada is doing rounds on the internet. In the viral video, Santa was heard greeting a man in Punjabi spreading Christmas cheers online. 

A man dressed as Santa Claus also greeted Gurpinder Pal Singh, a musician residing in Canada with a traditional Sikh salutation. In the video, the man dressed as Santa said, "Sat Sri Akaal, ki haal aa. (How are you)" 

Gurpinder replied and said, "bahot vadiya (very well)’, the man dressed as Santa said “vadiya, theek aa (Good, okay).”

This video was shared on Instagram last week and so far it has managed to garner more than a million views.
