Over Quran burning, Swedish embassy attacked in Iraq's Baghdad: reports

Amid anger in Islamic nations against Sweden for allowing the burning of copies of the Quran, the Swedish embassy in Iraq was attacked on July 20, as per reports.

The embassy was set on fire after hundreds of protestors stormed the premises.

No embassy staff was harmed, as per sources quoted by news agency Reuters.

The protest was organised by supporters of Shi'ite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr.
