The sickening theory was triggered by Malaysian political commentator Ian Miles Cheong. X users started mocking the senior Democrat with bizarre explanations.
One laughed that she turned around to look after the paper fell, while another joked that the paper was the chloroform rag she used on Joe Biden, referencing her reported efforts to convince the president to drop his bid for re-election.
