In a freak incident in USA's New York City, a parking garage caved in, with the concrete floors falling like a stack of cards.
At least one person was killed, 5 injured, and many cars crushed on April 18, 2023.
The collapse occurred at around 4 pm, just a few blocks from City Hall and the Brooklyn Bridge, and nearly 1 km from the New York Stock Exchange.
Adjacent buildings were evacuated.
