As Israel shifts focus to Lebanon, Hamas mounts attacks on IDF in Gaza. Hamas issued a new video, which shows fighters hitting an IDF bulldozer. Fighters were seen hitting a D9 Bulldozer with an RPG launcher from close range.
The video showed the bulldozer in a damaged state which IDF had abandoned. Hamas later unfurled its flag on the destroyed vehicle and set it on fire.
On Sep 18, 4 IDF soldiers were killed, and 17 injured by Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The IDF suffered casualties as Hamas rigged a building with explosives in Rafah.
The attack in Rafah came a week after IDF claimed to have defeated Hamas' Rafah Batallion. In another video, Hamas warned of more suicide attacks inside Israel.
