Fresh Israeli airstrikes in Beirut killed 40 people, more than 50 injured. Israeli forces carried out airstrikes in Bekaa Valley & Baalbek City. IDF had earlier issued an evacuation notice for residents in Bekaa, Baalbek.

IDF claims 60 Hezbollah operatives killed in Baalbek airstrikes, other areas. Hezbollah's ex-chief Hassan Nasrallah's uncle was also killed in airstrike.

IDF said it intended to target Hezbollah facilities in the attacked area.
