French President Emmanuel Macron on Saturday warned Israel that if its aim was the total destruction of Hamas, "the war will last 10 years".
Speaking at the COP28 climate change summit in Dubai, he urged Israel to d "more precisely define its objectives".
Macron also noted that he was heading to Qatar at the close of the climate summit to thank the emir for work accomplished to free hostages during the seven-day truce.
