Lebanon Ground Invasion: IDF Officer’s Death Confirmed | IDF Chief: Won’t Allow Hezbollah To Return

IDF confirmed the death of Israeli officer Cpt. Ben Zion Falach, 21, during the ground invasion in south Lebanon. The officer was the 9th soldier killed in close combat with Hezbollah fighters. IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi promised the military would not allow Hezbollah to return to South Lebanon.
