Stepping up his confrontational rhetoric against the West and its allies, North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has called for enhancing the country's nuclear arsenal.
Kim said that the nuclear arsenal should be enhanced in "practical and offensive" ways amid "frantic" military exercises of rival nations, as per state media reports on 11 April 2023.
In a meeting with senior military officials, Kim reviewed frontline attack plans and was seen pointing at a blurred map that appeared to be of South Korea, as per reports.
