In Israeli capital Jerusalem, the site where it is believed that Jesus gave sight to a man who was blind since his birth would soon be made accessible to public for first time in the recorded history!

Cherished by both Jews and Christians, the water in the Pool of Siloam is believed to have healing powers although there is no scientifice evidence to prove the claim.

The biblical site which is located in the southern portion of the City of David, was reportedly first discovered in the late 19th century. Researchers also claimed that the famous Siloam inscription was uncovered in a water tunnel in 1880.

Reference of Jesus and the pool has been made in the New Testament's John 9.
