The kin of 11 women soldiers, who alerted on Hamas attack, moved top court. The women soldiers or female spotters were killed in the attack on Oct 7. The kin have moved the High Court against the Israeli Defence Force chief Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi and others in demand that they be given audio recordings of their final shift on Oct 7.
In July 2024, kin approached the Israeli Defence Force chief demanding  documents of their daughters. Public inquiries officer to the kin said that ‘IDF needs time to form a position on the issue’. Since then the families  received no further information from the Israeli military.
