The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are intensifying their efforts against Hezbollah activity in southern Lebanon. In recent operations, the Israeli Air Force has struck over 200 Hezbollah targets in the past day, resulting in the deaths of around 60 Hezbollah operatives. Key operations included an airstrike on the town hall in Bint Jbeil, which was identified as a weapons storage facility for Hezbollah and resulted in the deaths of 15 operatives. This strike was part of a joint operation with the IDF's 36th Division.
