Peshawar, Jul 10 (PTI) At least four individuals lost their lives following a gunfight that erupted after a verbal altercation between two rival factions in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of northwest Pakistan. The shooting took place on Thursday. A confrontation between the groups turned lethal, resulting in multiple fatalities in Garhi Kapora of Mardan district. This is according to DSP Shaikh Maltoon Town of the region, located roughly 65 kilometers southwest of Peshawar.
The specific reason that led to this violent encounter remains unclear at this point, stated the DSP. In a separate tragic incident, five people perished in a road accident along Chashma Road in the Dera Ismail Khan district when a heavy troller collided head-on with a car.
