Bahrain has said that it has halted all economic ties with Israel and recalled its ambassador.
This comes amid Israel's incessant bombing of Gaza in its war against Hamas.
In a statement, the parliament of Bahrain said the moves were part of measures taken in support of “the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people”.

The Gulf state added that the Israeli ambassador to Manama had already left. Jordan, Chile and Colombia have also recalled their ambassadors to Tel Aviv.
