The Dutch police were in for a surprise when they arrested a man for drinking and driving on April 30. The man's driver's licence named him as 'Boris Johnson'.

The fake licence, complete with the former British prime minister's picture and correct birth date, was 'issued' in 2019 and is valid until the end of the year 3000.

The police were investigating reports of a car crashing into a pole in a northern Netherlands city. The police say that the man refused to identify himself and they found a fake driver's licence belonging to Boris Johnson when they searched the car.
