In response to Iran’s retaliatory attacks on Israel, China has called to “exercise calm and restraint”.
Chinese Foreign Ministry said the “ongoing situation” is the “latest spillover of the Gaza conflict” that "must end now”.
The foreign ministry spokesperson also said there should “no more delays” in implementing a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire.
