The menace of alleged pro-Khalistan terrorists has surfaced again in Canada, with Indian diplomats in the country reportedly being threatened.

Posters for a pro-Khalistan rally slated for July 8 allegedly carry threats for Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Kumar Verma and Consul General in Toronto Apoorva Srivastava.

The rally is being organised in the name of Harjit Singh Nijjar, an alleged pro-Khalistan terrorist who was shot dead at a gurudwara in Canada's Surrey on June 18.

Indian authorities have shared security concerns with Canadian counterparts.
